Nº (N Degrees)
Pamela Z uses a system of MIDI interfaces including faders, a footswitch control pod, light controllers, and ultrasonic controllers to send messages to her Max and Isadora patches in performance. These devices were developed and fabricated by Donald Swearingen as part of his "N Degrees" system of sensor controllers. The individual components – referred to as "N Degreedients" – are completely modular and can be used to add various types of physical control to any MIDI controlled system.
